Support for the use of online services

Vantaa Info helps you use the online services of the city and other public authorities. You can ask for help if you need to, for instance, submit an early childhood education application or attach a document to your digital application. The menus below list the services about which Vantaa Info will advise you.

For your security, Vantaa Info employees will not give an opinion on the content of online services, such as tell you what to write on an application. If you need help from an expert, Vantaa Info will advise you who to contact.Vantaa Info can also help you find a digital support provider that suits your needs, for example if you need help with using your own digital device.  

At Vantaa Info service points in Myyrmäki and Tikkurila you can use a computer, a printer, and a scanner for a short period to take care of official matters. If needed, the staff can help you use these devices.  

Printouts and photocopies related to taking care of matters with authorities (for example, documents for Kela “The Social Insurance Institution of Finland,” the Police, and the city) are free of charge. Premises and exhibition walls for rent 

You can rent the premises of Myyrmäki and Tikkurila Vantaa Infos for events and meetings taking place in the evening and over the weekend. The premises are reserved through the Timmi reservation system.  

You can also rent the exhibition walls of Myyrmäki and Tikkurila Vantaa Infos for your own use. Ask more about the walls and about reserving them by email: vantaa-info@vantaa.fi.
